Tabbitha made an awesome Bender cake for Joe! It was comparable to the Castle Greyskull cake that she made for Carolyn on her 30th birthday. Tabbitha is AWESOME at making cakes!!!!

BACKSTORY: Chris gave us some photos with an impossible date of a Thursday night. So we rounded the date forward to Friday. It's still weird that all these people would come over on a Friday the day before we had a party at our house. The date still doesn't make sense.

I made this during my stay at Fatamorgana, (a Photography School) JH Engström was the teacher that week, and he gave me the assignment to make a photo cartoon kinda thing... So i did;-)

Three mirrors for at a yard sale. These two thus cost .66. I found people having paid for the other mirror in the set on online auctions. The other mirror is featured in the previous picture.
And where to put mirrors that distort reality and cause confusion? On spiral stairs, of course! Where such distortion can be most appreciated!
The guitar nail art and Drawn Together posters can also be seen in this picture, as well as hints of Hunter S. Thompson in the funhouse-mirror-style reflections.
In fact, you can see the reflections of the guitar nail art even though it's right above these mirrors, because there are mirrors on the other side of the spiral stairs reflecting it back. Pretty cool to photo an item AND its reflection in one picture.
Also, it makes cool reflections with the flash -- you can see the angled reflections on Toot on the Drawn Together poster at the left.
