Teacup's Revenge

Something a bit different...

Photoshop has become somewhat of a "home away from home" over the past week or so…that is until my MacBook's hard drive decided it'd had enough of that whole "spinning/retrieving/doing-what-it's-supposed-to" thing…

So, shortly a few carefully-placed expletives and a quick trip to Best Buy for a new disk, I'm back up and running - this time with a much faster hard drive from a better brand. Thankfully I'm anal retentive about maintaining regular backups, otherwise I'm sure this would have been nothing short of a disaster

About the image…
The tea cup in this image was what I was working on when the drive kicked the bucket - or more appropriately, the teacup. Originally, I planned on creating a little graphic of a countertop confrontation between the tea cup and a water pitcher. However, in light of recent hardware woes I didn't take long to change that plan…

What: PA Gov. Ed Rendell helped kick off a campaign rally for presidential candidate Barack Obama. With him were Obama's wife, Michelle and his VP candidates wife, Jill Biden. Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter also spoke at the event.
