Christmas present review: Plasma Mug in action (left, with orange plasma), latest Church Of The SubGenius book (the Bobliogrophon), Family Guy pajamas, the Sticker Nation sticker book (good sticker content; bad sticker stickiness - I had to use scotch tape on almost every sticker), *bootleg* Bart Simpson figurine from Mexico, and of course the flamingo stuff...
You put a few flamingos in your yard, and all of a sudden people think you want a bunch of flamingo everything. The pool glasses (in the background) were a better idea. Our cabinets were already brimming with glasses. "So you can get rid of some", my dad said. Problem is, I like pretty much 100% of the glasses I already have more than these, and typically only drink out of Virginia Tech RHF mugs anyway. Attempts to give them away have failed for the most part. Nobody wants these. It was funny for a joke and a photo, though!

You can see the built-in shelves in the background that Daniel M. Lopez of Laurel, MD, threw away in violation of our contract that stated to move them back with the addition. They used to house our can and bottle collection -- they had to be moved to the attic, where they've been ever since.

You can't tell from the pictures, but our after-wedding-reception house party (something everybody should have!) was HUGE. Five packed rooms -- including our bedroom.
